This article documents the Refund Agent role.

Description

The Refund Agent (RA) resolves disputes that could not be resolved by the traders and where the mediation suggestion was not accepted. The RA is an optional role and Bisq could work without him/her. In such a case the traders would make their own reimbursement request to the DAO. However such a system is cumbersome

Rights

  • The Refund Agent has the right to be reimbursed for his expenses and he/she can also ask for a compensation request.

Bonding

This is not a bonded role.
