Mediators always use the same onion addresses. This are the current mediators and their corresponding address:

To find the mediator of a trade that needs attention, on your Bisq node:
- Go to Portfolio / open trades, history or failed trades and click the "i" icon next to the trade ID of the involved trade, in the first column. In the pop-up, down, there's a "see JSON contract" button. Click it. Scroll down and you'll find:

Then, use the Keybase Bisq group to get in contact with your mediator. Their addresses are displayed at the channel info at the top of the #support channel as well.
