Should we remove any mention of passwords? The only time a password would be required is if you had set one prior to backing up your seed words.

I've commented out information which seems to be technical information that should be in a reference document somewhere. Also, the image needs to be bigger, it is illegible.

On a technical note, we say that the seed words and date are required to restore the wallet - where does the password come into play? The password is not needed to restore the wallet?


Should we remove any mention of passwords? The only time a password would be required is if you had set one prior to backing up your seed words.

It would then ask for the password to be entered prior to viewing the seed words and wallet date. Perhaps we can just include a note at the end? or a link to a wallet password wiki page.
