To make sure the issue is not on your side, go to Settings > Preferences, and click on the button "Rebuild DAO state from resources", you will be asked to restart Bisq (do it) and it will resync DAO data. Wait until the "Synchronizing DAO" message at the bottom disappears (it will take a while, and you can check the progress by navigating to DAO > BSQ Wallet > Transactions, where you will notice a progress bar at the bottom), and try taking the offer again. If it works, you had an out-of-sync DAO and just fixed the issue, but if the problem persists, it is a hint that your peer has an out-of-sync DAO state, and you will be unable to take the offer until the issue is fixed on the other side.
